With our partners, Townline develops seniors’ housing, subsidized and non-subsidized rental units with varying levels of support services, ranging from independent living to publicly funded long-term health care.

We also assist in developing affordable ownership opportunities, cooperative housing, life lease, shelter and transitional housing.

SUPPORTING CAUSES AND PROGRAMS THAT WE’RE PASSIONATE ABOUT
Doing our part also means taking care of the health, spirit and well-being of our communities by funding a variety social programs, keeping cultural events alive and supporting local hospitals and Christmas funds.
