W. Dowad Ltd. is a family-built business that has been developing properties in the Squamish area for over 60 years. Founded by the late Wilf Dowad, the company is now headed by the second generation of Dowads, who are now welcoming the fourth!

The Wilfred is intended to be the last significant development by W. Dowad Ltd., being constructed on the lands Wilf acquired in 1970. His family is committed to ensuring that this legacy project is completed according to the high standard he would have expected.

G Smillie Holdings has been working with us for 35 years to construct the buildings on the land W. Dowad has developed. This family collaboration continues to offer quality homes and commercial development in the community where we live.
