Takaya Developments: A Real Estate Developer & Builder
Takaya Developments is our successful real estate development company, majority-owned by TWN, now in partnership with Aquilini Development Group.
We have been developing high-end condominiums and townhomes for almost 25 years. Takaya Developments provides the land; Aquilini Group provides the funding and builds the housing. Leaseholders pay property and improvement taxes to TWN.

Raven Woods community
Here are some highlights of our Raven Woods community on the North Shore:
- Our newest project with the Aquilini Development Group is called Seymour Village 1 and 2, about 500 units that sold out quickly during the presale, and is now under construction
- Destiny 2, our previous Raven Woods project, was completed in spring 2017 with 91 leasehold condominiums
- Signature Estates at Raven Woods has 48 luxury townhomes
- To date, we’ve developed 1,089 units in 11 buildings; when complete, Seymour Village will bring the total to more than 1,550 units
(Early on, Raven Woods received a Silver Georgie Award, in recognition of excellence in homebuilding for best low-rise development, best display suite, and best landscape design, in 2002.)
