Liberty was formed in 1985 by Laurie Nobbs, a carpenter by trade with a background in formwork contracting. Laurie’s vision was a company that could produce quality, low cost homes at a high rate of speed. His favorite place to execute this vision was at the bottom of an excavation with shovel in hand.
