As British Columbia’s original home builder, Ledingham McAllister has played a major role in the province’s construction and community-building industry with a solid and continuous history of commitment, integrity and performance dating back to 1905 when the company started operations in the Mount Pleasant area of Vancouver. In our more recent history, Ward McAllister joined Bruce Ledingham to form Ledingham McAllister Group of Companies in 1984, and we have since gone on to create, build and sell thousands of award-winning homes and communities for happy purchasers throughout British Columbia.
