The Kingswood Group is a private group of corporations with its principal shareholders being the Segal family of Vancouver. The President of Kingswood Capital Corporation is Joseph Segal, a well-known and respected Vancouver businessman, and Philanthropist. He is the recipient of the Order of Canada, Order of British Columbia, and the 2005 Variety Club International Humanitarian Award.

The Kingswood Group is active in both real estate investment, and development. Kingswood has a large portfolio of investment properties ranging from office and retail to industrial. Kingswood owns and operates these buildings using third-party property management. The Kingswood Groups’ real estate development activities are handled through Kingswood Properties and subsidiary companies as well as through ownership in First National Properties. Kingswood has a 116-acre industrial park in Richmond which has 1,350,000 sq.ft. of finished building space. When completed The Kingswood Industrial Park will be in excess of 2,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial and office space.
