Our mandate is to expand the company’s real estate assets and further develop its interests in the industrial, retail, residential and commercial sectors in Canada. Aspen Enterprises has a successful track record of acquiring and developing properties in British Columbia. Our in-house team is responsible for all aspects of property development and has backgrounds in finance, engineering, construction, business, government, community liaison and project management. It is a division of the Aspen Planers (AP) Group of Companies, a privately held group of Canadian companies. Founded in 1959 in Merritt, BC by the late Tara Singh Ghog, a pioneer in the forest industry, the AP Group has grown and diversified over the years. The AP Group operates in the forestry, trucking, logistics and property development sectors across BC. For over 30 years, AP Group has been in the commercial and retail property development business.
